• Europe (excluding France): 7 to 15 business days (10 to 20 for some Eastern/Northern countries) / United States & Canada: 10 to 20 business days
• Asia (Thailand, Japan, Korea, etc.): 10 to 20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days
• Other destinations (Latin America, Africa, Middle East, etc.): 15 to 25 business days

Order tracking:

Returns & Refunds:

• You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
