For customers located in the Lyon region, direct delivery can be arranged by us.

In this case :

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal.

To be eligible for return, the product must be:

• Not open

• Not used

• In its original packaging

• In perfect condition

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Products not eligible for return

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code:

Unsealed, opened or used products, including cosmetics and perfumes, cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.

Refund

After receiving and verifying the returned product, the refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days via the original payment method.
