General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) are entered into between: L'Univers du Souk, a simplified joint- stock company (SASU) registered under SIRET number 845 282 870, with its registered office at 65 rue Paul Cazeneuve, France, represented by its President: Can Turan, (hereinafter “the Seller”). Website: www.luniversdusouk.fr
2. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products made via the website www.luniversdusouk.fr. Placing an order implies unreserved acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 3. Products The website offers the following for sale:
- Perfumes
- Cosmetic products
- Accessories
- Miscellaneous items
Photographs and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding. 4. Prices Prices are quoted in euros, inclusive of all taxes. The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of the order.
5. Order The order is validated when the payment is confirmed.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a prior dispute or suspicion of fraud. 6. Payment Payment is made:
- By bank card

For local delivery (Lyon region): Payment can be made upon delivery of the product:
- In cash
- By bank card
The order is considered final upon payment.
7. Delivery within France : Estimated delivery time: 2 to 5 business days. Delivery within Europe : Estimated delivery time: up to 8 business days.
The delivery times are given as a guide and may vary.
8. Local delivery – Lyon region
The Seller offers direct delivery carried out by them in the Lyon region.
Local delivery is subject to availability.
Payment can be made upon receipt:
- In cash
- By bank card
Once the product has been delivered and accepted, the sale is considered concluded. 9. Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal. The product must be returned:
- Not open
- Not used
- In its original packaging
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Exceptions: In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code:
Unsealed, opened or used products, including cosmetics and perfumes, cannot be returned for hygiene and health protection reasons.
10. The refund is made within a maximum of 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product.
11. Liability The Seller shall not be held liable:
- From misuse of the products
- Due to a delay caused by the carrier
- Due to force majeure
12. Legal Guarantees The products benefit from:
- Legal guarantee of conformity (articles L217-3 et seq. of the Consumer Code)
- Regarding the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code)
13. Personal Data The data collected is used solely for order processing. In accordance with the GDPR, the customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
14 Disputes In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought.
Failing that, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
