Order processing: All orders are prepared, packaged, and shipped within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Estimated delivery times:

• France: 2 to 4 business days
• Europe (excluding France): 7 to 15 business days (10 to 20 for some Eastern/Northern countries) / United States & Canada: 10 to 20 business days
• Asia (Thailand, Japan, Korea, etc.): 10 to 20 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 10 to 20 business days
• Other destinations (Latin America, Africa, Middle East, etc.): 15 to 25 business days

Order tracking:

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your package online.
Customs & taxes:
Depending on the destination country, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These remain the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds:

• You have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
• Items must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of an error on our part or a defective product.
• Once the return has been received and verified, the refund is issued within 5 to 10 business days via the original payment method.
• Personalized items, hygiene products or items on final sale are not eligible for return.
